COUPLES AND FAMILY MEDIATION

I offer couples and family mediation as well as my divorce mediation work.  The practice is not therapy.  I am not a trained therapist and don't look to your past or analyze behaviors, or try and "therapize" couples or parents with their kids.  What I do is help people find working strategies that enable them to take responsibility for their actions, become more authentic and creative in their relationships and communicate more effectively with each other. 

My goal is to promote change in existing family dynamics by allowing you to be able to speak candidly to each other in a safe setting, with a trained facilitator and help move you towards creating relationships you deserve to have.
